How to Pay
Payments are made just like with any other online food business. Place all the items you want for the week in your cart, and checkout. You will be charged at checkout not at pickup. The storefront Garden Go uses is a bit confusing.
If you don’t want to pay with PayPal or Google, simply click on checkout and it will take you to the proper checkout screen with all payment options. We are trying to make this less confusing.
We also provide you with a generous cancellation window. If you cancel the order within this timeframe, you will be reimbursed the same way you paid. More about the cancellation process below.
Cancellations
Cancel before Sunday's at noon for full reimbursement
Garden Go understands that life happens and things come up that might prevent you from making the pickup window. As such, you can cancel your order without charge as long as you cancel by Sunday at noon before the expected Tuesday pickup.
For example, your order pickup is scheduled for Tuesday, the 12th. As long as you cancel by noon on Sunday, the 10th, you will be reimbursed in full. If you cancel after noon on Sunday or fail to pickup your order, you will be charged in full.

There will be announcements on social media and through our email newsletters reminding everyone of pickup and cancellation deadlines so be sure to follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or Nextdoor, or signup for email announcements at the bottom of each webpage.

Reimbursements
We reiumburse the same way you pay
If you cancel an order within the cancellation period or you are dissatisfied with your order, we will happily reimburse you for the appropriate items. Reimbursements will be made the same way payment was made.

Garden Go will never sell your information. Some information may be used for internal analysis purposes only, such as to determine favorite menu items, pricing, discount packages, etc.
Garden Go takes numerous security precautions to protect your information. Wendy will also post tips and tricks on the best ways to shop online securely and to protect your own information each month.
