I HEART lo mein! Well, it’s probably the noodles I fall all over to be honest. : ) As with all of our soy sauce-based sauces, we only use gluten free, low-sodium soy sauce, never cane sugar, and the dish is at least half vegetables regardless of your protein of choice. Ooooh yeaaahhh
Also, rather than high-carb lo mein noodles, we use our signature Quinoa and Millet Ramen noodles to boost the nutrition power and minimize the unhealthy carb content without giving up the noodle slurp I know I adore in lo mein style dishes. It’s all your meal requirements in one dish!
