Frozen fruit cups were one of my childhood favorites. We used to have them in the freezer after some of my Mom's catering events. Thanks Mom! I have put a few twists on this Upper Midwest classic to make it a bit more blood sugar friendly. We use unripe bananas, 100% natural fresh juices, fresh herbs, chia seeds, and there is no sugar added!
