This salmon salad is somewhat of a deconstruction of our Salmon Sandwich. You will have perfectly cooked salmon pieces served with a fresh greens mix, cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced and shocked red onion slices, cucumber and a gorgeous lemony greek yogurt, mayo, dill dressing. It's comforting and healthy at the same time!
 
Salad is served in a 32 ounce container. It's a big salad!
