Yes, the tea cups will warm as they are used. Please exercise extreme caution when handling an open flame and take the proper precautions to avoid potential fire hazards.

Because we source repurposed tea cups, not all tea cup candles will be available with saucers. However, some will. It will be displayed in the image and priced accordingly.

  • The tea cups we have tested do not become permanently damaged as they burn. YAY!

  • In the near future, we will have a Tea Cup Candle Exchange policy so that you can return the empty candle tea cups to be refilled or exchanged at a discount!

We prefer not to as a way to prevent any toxins from leaking into soil or water

So many options! Many people use them for storage, centerpieces with faux flowers, kitchen utensil or pen holders, and so much more.

Great question! You have options:

  1. Use it with faux flowers. Some are rather remarkable these days and visual benefits are the same on faux vs live
  2. Place dish of water inside the container and add fresh flowers or herbs
  3. Wrap live plant roots and stem bases with a damp cloth, paper towels or newspaper and place in Garden Go planter. This is a temporary solution

  • We use a plant-based sealant on the interior to prevent rust and to reduce the risk of the breakdown of the tin into soil if used to grow flowers and plants.

  • Also, you have the option to purchase a burlap lining to use as an extra, natural protection barrier for planting herbs, food, and flowers in the planters. If the burlap begins to break down, we recommend replacing it.
